This site provides you access to most of the human resources programs, benefits and services offered at SuperMedia. Whether you’re reviewing your benefit information, updating your personal data or accessing your savings plan account, we’re here to help.
When you select from the categories below, be prepared to sign in with your user name and password associated with each service provider.
If you need assistance, your first choice should be to contact the appropriate service provider by selecting the corresponding call option on the SuperMedia HR Helpline at 1-866-847-1300, option #3.
Employees who need further assistance should log on to About You and open a case using the AskHR button in the top right corner.
About You includes a wealth of tools to help you find what you need, quickly and easily. It gives you access to comprehensive, personalized HR information and you can reach most of our service provider sites without having to enter additional IDs and passwords.
Because About You shows personal information, secure login is required. To access the site use the same Lan ID that you use to log into your computer. For your initial password, enter the initials of your first and last names (in uppercase), plus the two-digit month and day of your birthday. For example, Jane Smith who has a birthday of March 5 would enter JS0305. Once you login, you’ll be asked to reset your password.
Retirees who need further assistance should send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Important Note: If you received a letter describing changes to your retiree medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and Medicare Part B premium reimbursement benefits, please contact the SuperMedia Benefits Center at (888) 385-3028 for any questions you may have.

View account information (including SuperMedia Ownership Awards and Long Term Incentive plans), change 401(k) investment options and more.
View your paystubs. Use the same username and password you used as an active employee. As a reminder, your username is the first initial of your first name, your last name, and the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number (SSN). For example: Elizabeth Smith would be ESmithXXXX (the Xs being the last 4 digits of her SSN).
View your W2 forms from 2008 through 2012.
Verizon Equity-Based Programs
All Verizon equity-based programs, including stock options, restricted stock units (RSUs) and performance stock units (PSUs), will remain in existing Fidelity Investments accounts.
