Call tracking

Call tracking lets you measure the effectiveness of your direct mail campaign by tracking the number of calls it generates. You’ll also see who’s calling so you can follow up, or listen to a recording of the call.

How It Works

It’s super simple to get started

  1. We assign a unique local or toll-free telephone number that is only included in your ad. All the calls can be traced back to your ad program.

  2. Calls to that number are automatically forwarded to your existing business phone line so your existing staff can handle the call business as usual.

  3. We track your call activity from this special phone line, collect caller information and record the call for future reference.

You receive a monthly report and real-time online reports that provide details about the calls, including:

  • Caller name, address and telephone number
  • A list of caller ZIP codes
  • The total number of calls generated by your direct mail
  • Whether each call was answered, busy, or unanswered
  • The length of time spent on the line with each answered call
  • The number of calls received each day of the week, and hourly throughout the day
  • Recordings of each phone call
