What should I do if I receive an advertising renewal letter?
To keep your advertising the same as last year, you do not have to do a thing! Your advertising will renew for the amount shown on the letter.
To increase or change your advertising – to take advantage of special features offered by SuperMedia, from time to time – all you need to do is call the number listed on the letter.
What happens if I do not respond to the renewal letter?
Your advertising will continue to appear in the directory and advertising will renew automatically as it appeared last year. Your obligation will continue for the next directory cycle. If you do not want your advertising to automatically renew for the following year, contact us to let us you don’t want to renew your directory advertising program.
