What is third party verification?

To ensure that telephone orders are understood and processed correctly, SuperMedia uses a third party agent to verify the order. At the close of the call, your Media Consultant will connect to a third party agent for verification. You will be asked to verify your name and title, as well as asked questions about your business (tax id number, business name, business number). They will also ask the name of the directory(s) in which you’re purchasing advertising and the monthly dollar amount.
