How can I tell if my advertising is performing?
For an advertising product you have purchased you can quickly see how your advertising is performing using the Overview section of My Account. Use the Report Center to create customer reports and to drill down futher into your listing and ad performance.

What reports are available to me?
When you sign in to My Account, you will see high-level statistics for your ads including your ad status, clicks, click through rate, cost per click (CPC) and cost. In addition, you will have access to the following reports through the Report Center...

  • Pay Per Click Summary - shows a summary of all your ads including impressions, clicks, CPC, cost, and average position
  • Pay Per Click Ads - shows detail for each of your ads including ad ID, ad name, headline, impressions, clicks, CPC, cost, and average position
  • Pay Per Click Ads by Category & Location - shows ad detail for categories and target locations

How do I request a report?
After signing in to your account, click "report center" in the top navigation. You then have the option to request a report. Reports must be requested and run before they can be viewed. You will have the option to pick the report you want and select the date range that the report will cover and other settings. Report requests are usually completed within a few minutes, but in some cases may take up to 15 minutes to finish.

How do I download a report for a specific campaign?
Once it has run, click "view a report" in the navigation. Each report has a link for to download it. Click the link to start the download.

In which formats can I download my reports?
Reports are available in Excel (XLS), CSV, TSV and XML formats.

Can I schedule reports?
Yes. If you are an existing customer you can schedule reports using the Report Center. Create custom reports, configure custom data settings, and schedule reports for review at your convenience.

Can I save reports?
Yes. Once a report is generated it will remain in the Report Center for 30-50 days. To permanently save a report, download it in Excel (XLS), CSV, TSV or XML format.

I have a lot of ads. How do I find the one I am looking for?
Using our advanced search feature, you can search for ads by ad name, title or description, category, target location and id number. Or, you can just page through your ads and visually scan for the one you want to review.

How can I see my clicks?
After signing in you will see summary statistics for your ads including ad status, clicks, click through rate, cost per click (CPC) and cost. You can also run an activity report to see your click activity.

Is there a way to pull my traffic reports?
Yes, you can request traffic reports for Pay Per Click ads. After signing in to My Account click on "report center " and choose the appropriate report that contains the information you are looking for.

What is an impression?
An impression occurs every time a customer views a page of search results your listing appears on.
