How to access our free reputation monitoring tools

Our tools are provided as a value-added service to our clients, so no purchase is necessary. Just follow the instructions below.

If you already have online products with SuperMedia:

  • Sign in using your email address and password.
  • Select the Business Listing & Profile tab if it is not already highlighted.
  • Click the “See your online reputation” button

If you do not already have online products:

  • You’ll first need to claim your free business listing
  • Enter your phone number to get started. Complete your listing and account set up.
  • On the Order Confirmation page, click My Account at the top of the page.
  • Select the Business Listing & Profile tab if it is not already highlighted.
  • Click the "See your online reputation" button.
  • If you don’t see it, try back in 24-48 hours.
