	Customers find your business Customers search Superpages.com or Verizon^® and FairPoint^® Yellow Pages to find businesses with the SuperGuarantee^® program shield.


	Customers register the job After you and the customer agree on the job to be done, your customer will register the job before the work is completed. They can do so by visiting superguarantee.com and entering the job and contact details.


	You get a satisfied customer You complete the job-business as usual. In the unlikely event the customer isn't satisfied, we will help resolve the issue. If we can't resolve it, we'll reimburse the customer up to $500 of any amounts paid for the labor portion of the services provided.*
